Momentum Train
This session is for anyone who has been feeling stuck. Not burned out — not overwhelmed — just stopped. Like the forward motion went quiet somewhere and you can't quite find it again.
In this session, you find yourself standing on a quiet train platform at evening. A long, elegant train begins to glide past — car after car, smooth and continuous. And you remain still. As the train's rhythm settles around you, your attention turns inward. And you begin to notice something you hadn't noticed before.
Your breath was already moving. Your heart was already beating. Your blood was already circulating. The body was never stopped. The only thing that paused was the part of you that was trying so hard to make it all happen.
This session uses three layers of somatic discovery to reveal momentum that was always there — running quietly beneath the noise of effort. 18–20 minutes. Best with headphones. Eyes closed. Designed by Betty Savage, certified hypnotherapist.
